This Refund and Returns Policy explains the terms and procedures for returning or requesting refunds for physical products and digital goods purchased through the AdicomPass online store. Our goal is to provide a clear, fair process for exchanges, returns, and refunds relating to apparel and athletic equipment. 1. General Policy
We accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund to the original payment method, subject to the conditions set out in this policy. Digital goods are generally non-refundable unless they are defective or were not delivered as described. Refunds may be reduced for items that show signs of use beyond normal inspection or that are missing original packaging or accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item fails to meet the eligibility criteria described below.
2. Eligible Items & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, physical items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact, along with proof of purchase. Athletic equipment must include all components, manuals, and accessories, and must not show signs of misuse or damage caused by improper installation or handling. Customized or personalized products may be eligible for return only if defective or if the customization clearly deviates from the order specifications. We may require photographic evidence of defects or damage prior to authorizing a return shipment.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including opened hygiene-sensitive products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale. Digital downloads and instantly delivered digital content are not eligible for refund unless they are defective or materially not as described. Clearance or heavily discounted promotional items may also be final sale as noted at the point of purchase.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact AdicomPass customer service via the Contact Us information provided on our website and include your order number, the reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective. Our support team will provide return authorization and detailed instructions including the return address and shipping requirements. You must ship the item within the time window specified in the return authorization and retain tracking information until the return is delivered and processed. Returns shipped without prior authorization may be refused or delayed in processing.
5. Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item and complete our inspection, we will notify you by email of the acceptance or rejection of your return. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of acceptance, though the time to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider. If a refund is denied, we will provide an explanation and, where appropriate, options for exchange or repair.
6. Exchanges & Replacements
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional shipping cost where stock is available. For size or color exchanges on non-defective items, we may offer an exchange subject to product availability and you may be responsible for any difference in price and return shipping fees. If a replacement is not available, you may choose a refund or store credit according to the options presented by our support team.

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a timely and fair manner.
